To change your password,
1. Log in to your account and access your profile via the navigation tab at the top of the screen (indicated in orange, in the image below)
2. Select My-profile on the menu
3. On the profile page, click on the padlock to access the change password dialogue box
4. Next enter your old password, then your new password, and finally confirm your new password in the fields provided. Click on the change button when done.
5. To finish the process, a One Time Password (OTP) is sent to your email to confirm the change. Enter the OTP sent to your email in the confirmation box and click on the confirm button. This effects the password change.
