Forgot Password

First, access your cooperative's workspace using the tutorial on how to login here. At the login page for your cooperative, click on "Forgot Your Password" link.
You will be directed to a page where you will be required to enter your email. The email is the one you used to register with your cooperative. Click on send as shown below and an email containing an OTP will be sent to you.
Enter the OTP, click on confirm.
A page requiring you to enter the new password twice will pop up. Click on reset and you will be automatically logged in.
Kindly note that the password must be a minimum of 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, symbol and number.
