Receiving login details when email registered with is wrong
If you are an existing member and you are not sure of the email that you used to register with your cooperative or the email is wrong, kindly reach out to your cooperative admin to assist you.
* You will be required to provide an active email.
* When the admin enters in the new email, you will receive an OTP. (Please note that OTP will expire in 10minutes, so you need to be online with the admin)
* You will give that OTP to the admin, as soon as that is entered. Your will receive an email with your login details.
Receiving login details when email registered with is correct
If you are an existing member and you are sure of the email used at the point of registration, then know that your login details is in your inbox or spam/junk mail.
